• Great Falls College MSU Academic Success and Accessibility exists to ensure reasonable accommodations and modifications for students with documented disabilities, to promote and support students in self-advocacy, to educate faculty, staff, and students about disabilities, and to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 (Title II), the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA) of 2008, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
  • To facilitate an interactive dialogue to determine reasonable accommodations are needed for students with disabilities.

  • To provide and deliver quality services to support students with disabilities.

  • To maintain the institution’s academic standards and integrity in the provision of services.

  • To adhere to highest standards of academic excellence and promote full and equal participation by students with disabilities.

  • To develop and strengthen knowledge and skills to provide services through participation in professional development and educational opportunities.

  • To support and clarify institutional, state, and federal laws, polices, and procedures in the delivery of services for students with disabilities and address disability issues at Great Falls College.

  • To ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 (Title II), the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA) of 2008, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

  • To maintain and protect the confidentiality of student records as required by law.
