Use this form to request an appointment to take proctored WorkKeys Assessments at the Great Falls College MSU Testing Center (room R274).
Appointments must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Testers must bring with them a photo ID.
You will receive an email from the Exam Proctor confirming your WorkKeys Assessment appointment date/time within 1 business day of your request.
